Your starting prompt.
Using our eligible lead records and current follow-up policy, design a test of a shorter follow-up cadence for [segment]. Define account-level assignment, a qualified-meeting outcome, the observation window and workload guardrails. Estimate the available sample from actual lead arrivals. Produce an assignment specification, required event fields and a review checklist. Keep the campaign as a proposed intervention until the sales owner authorizes execution.

Method and review
Keep the assumptions visible.
State the hypothesis, baseline, unit economics and decision rule. Compare total contribution and uncertainty, and separate modeled scenarios from measured experimental results.
For this task, check
Randomizing contacts within one account can mix treatments; define account-level assignment and document rep capacity before launch.

Synthetic illustrative example
See the method in practice.
Synthetic input. Illustrative output checked locally; this is not a live Proforma run or customer result. Historical arrivals support feasibility planning only. Current cadence has three touches; proposed cadence has two. No test has run.
These invented records explain the method. They are not a recorded Proforma run.
| Arrival week | Eligible accounts | Exclusions checked |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | 10 | No existing opportunity |
| Week 2 | 12 | No existing opportunity |
| Week 3 | 8 | No existing opportunity |
| Plan element | Specification | Planned count |
|---|---|---|
| Assignment | Account-level, persistent split | 30 |
| Control | Three-touch cadence | 15 |
| Proposed arm | Two-touch cadence | 15 |
Method
Thirty eligible historical accounts suggest 15 per arm if equal future arrivals are assumed. Measure a qualified meeting within 14 days and rep touches as a workload guardrail. Deduplicate by account and review rep capacity before assignment; this is not a power calculation.
What the result tells you
These are planned counts, not measured meetings or a causal result. The sales owner must authorize the test; a prospective sample and suitable analysis are still needed.
